If you need to reach us after hours please call the office phone number and the answering service will direct your calls to the relevant providers.
We accept same day appointments from 3 PM - 4 PM.
Your Health, Our Priority
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
At Valmond Medical we strive to deliver comprehensive, quality and timely care to all of our patients. To do this we need your help in honoring our cancellation/rescheduling policy.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice. Any cancellations in less than 24 hours could be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Any patient that does not show up for an appointment without prior notice will be considered a no show and will be subject to a $75 fee. Repeated no shows (3 or more within 12 months) may result in discharge from the practice.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances do arise so please contact the office as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. Fees may be waived at the discretion of the doctor.
